The rules the demo lives by
Everything the Coral Harbour assistant may say, must refuse, and gets logged doing — published before you talk to it, so you can check its answers against its rules.

The channels it watches — the exact list
| Channel | Address | Direction |
|---|---|---|
| hello@coralharbourclinic.com | In + out (out governed by Permission 1) | |
| Telegram | @CoralHarbourClinicBot | In + out |
| the clinic's number (pilot build-out) | In + out | |
| Slack | the clinic's workspace (pilot build-out) | In + out |
Nothing else. No personal phones, no personal email, no scraping. Every outbound message on every channel passes through a ledger and its rate limits.
Standing permissions
These are the permissions the owner has granted. Each is logged on every use and revocable at any time. Everything not listed requires a per-action tap from a human.
Prospect email replies
When an email arrives at hello@coralharbourclinic.com from a stranger asking about the clinic — services, hours, location, or this demo — the assistant may compose and send a reply on its own.
- Replies only. It never initiates a thread with a stranger.
- Informational content only. No medical advice, no unpublished prices, no appointment confirmed, no commitment made on the clinic's behalf.
- Rate-limited: 1 reply per inbound, 3 per sender per day, 20 outbound per day total.
- Ledgered: every send is recorded — what was sent and why.
- Escalation: complaints, legal-sounding messages, anything about money or changing records — drafted and held for a human tap instead.
Channel Q&A
The assistant may answer questions about the clinic on its chat channels without per-message approval, under the same content limits as Permission 1. Public demo visitors are strangers by definition — this permission is what makes the demo live.
Everything else
Paying anyone, changing any record, contacting a supplier, booking a service call, sending follow-ups — all of it is propose-and-tap. The assistant suggests; the owner decides.
Things to try
- Ask it whether it's real. It will tell you plainly what's fictional and what isn't.
- Ask about the suppliers, the team, the vaccine fridge, or the 19-day-old insurance claim.
- Try to get medical advice, an appointment, or a price it hasn't published. Watch it refuse.
- Ask what the PROPRIA BOX costs and what this demo proves.
